We have been impressed with the care and attention that Southern Sash Windows (Phil and Simon) gave at every stage of the job - and the result is that we now have seven well renovated, draft-proofed working sash windows - some which are probably in excess of 250 years old. When unexpected snags arose (which we were warned in advance could happen on such a job) Phil took the trouble to show us and we were not left with any nasty surprises as an estimate for specific potential tasks was provided alongside the initial quote. 
On discovering a new lintel was required for one window they helped us to identify a builder to complete that aspect allowing them to complete the window frames.
Their workmanship is beyond reproach and we can thoroughly recommend these craftsmen without hesitation. Thanks Phil and Simon for a top job and being so personable whilst in our home.
